Sociocs provides business texting and a shared inbox for customer conversations. It connects to a business's own supported messaging-provider account, including Twilio, Telnyx or SignalHouse, rather than replacing ownership of the carrier account and phone numbers. Teams can work with bulk SMS and MMS campaigns as well as one-to-one replies, with conversation assignments, templates, internal notes and follow-up reminders.
The platform also lists WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, web chat, forms and Google Reviews among the channels or workflows it can bring together. Campaign features include contact segmentation, scheduled sends, delivery reporting and opt-out handling. Provider charges remain separate from the software, and automatic handling of STOP replies does not by itself establish consent for a campaign or satisfy every legal requirement. Sociocs offers a trial and a limited free plan alongside paid options. It is aimed at businesses that want a usable team interface and automation around messaging infrastructure they control, rather than maintaining a custom customer-conversation application.
