Track restaurant orders and split a shared bill without an account

About Taveo

Taveo is a browser-based tool for tracking a group's restaurant or bar orders and working out what each person owes. A user names a tab, adds people and menu items with prices, then records orders as the evening goes on. The result can be viewed by person or item instead of dividing the total evenly regardless of what everyone ordered.

Tabs can be shared using an editing link or a read-only link, allowing the table to update orders together or simply follow the running total. The interface is designed for phones, with large controls and quick item entry. Existing tabs can be duplicated for another outing with the same group and menu. Taveo says it is free, ad-free and supported by donations, with no signup or installation required. It helps calculate and coordinate a bill; its public description does not make it a payment processor that transfers money or settles the restaurant's charge.
