Craig is a terminal interface that organizes coding-agent tasks from the initial request through changes and pull-request review. It can run tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor in parallel, with a separate Git branch and worktree for each task. Those separate working directories help users keep concurrent changes apart while moving between tasks from the keyboard.
The interface brings files, diffs, pull requests and check status into the same workspace, and it supports work across more than one repository. It wraps the user's existing agent CLIs rather than replacing their own prompts, tools or authentication. Craig runs locally without a Craig account or hosted control plane and is open source under MIT. Installation requires Node.js 22 or later, Git and an authenticated agent CLI; pull-request features also use GitHub CLI. A companion command interface lets scripts and agents work with the same task model. Craig itself being open source does not make an underlying agent provider's usage free.
