Tramann PORT is an open source ERP system and online shop from TRAMANN PROJECTS. It covers the administrative side of a small business: orders, invoices, inventory, products and services. The pitch is that owners should spend their time creating products and serving people while the system takes care of the organizational work.
The pricing model is unusual. The free plan includes the fully working ERP and shop with unlimited user accounts, unlimited API access, unlimited storage and automatic updates. Fees only appear when the platform handles payment processing: the Basic plan charges 3 percent per handled transaction, and a Premium plan adds tailored solutions, premium support and technical consulting for individual use cases. The site claims this works out more than ten times cheaper than average ERP, transaction and dealer costs, a figure worth checking against your own volumes.
TRAMANN PROJECTS leans on openness as its trust argument: it publishes extensive documentation and a public API so users can understand, build and modify everything themselves, and it runs no advertisements or sponsored placements on the platform. It says a normal explorer account can start in under five minutes and a business account can be set up in under twenty. Reported usage is still small (the site counts just over 20 explorers and 3 creators), so treat it as an early stage project and test it with non-critical data first.
