Each draft gets a risk score so you know what you are working with before it leaves your hands. Telling Pause who the recipient is - partner, boss, parent or ex - changes the feedback completely, and it offers a rewritten version that says the same thing without the damage, ready to copy with one tap.
Over time your history builds a picture of how you communicate: where you tend to react and where you hold back. The app is free to download and needs no account.
