About Nysa

Nysa is a managed knowledge service for teams that work with AI agents. It collects information from selected meetings, Gmail and Google Calendar, then organizes facts into topics with a quote, date and source. Teammates and their agents can add information through MCP as well. The product is aimed at the gap between what one person knows and what a team has already discussed or decided.

Its access model separates shared knowledge from the underlying private material. The site says raw email stays private to its owner while extracted facts receive scopes such as HR, Board or Legal. Projects can be private to their members or opened to the team, and agent keys can be restricted by read/write permission, scope and project. The meeting notetaker joins chosen calls as a visible participant; the site describes recording visibility for attendees and people explicitly given access. These are the product's stated controls and should be evaluated against a team's actual sharing requirements before connecting accounts.

Nysa supports personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts using Gmail and Google Calendar. Its FAQ says Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not yet supported. Existing markdown notes can be imported with a preview before addition and an option to undo the import. The service advertises a trial and team-size-based plans, rather than requiring the customer to host a database and ingestion pipeline. Teams considering it should decide what information agents need, who can add or change shared facts, and which meetings may be recorded. Automatically extracting a fact does not guarantee that it captures the complete context, so the linked source and date are useful parts of the review workflow rather than substitutes for human judgment.
