Lookout watches the Slack channels you pick for time-sensitive messages you describe in plain words - a customer locked out, a spike of a specific error, a signup over a dollar threshold - and takes the action you choose: react, DM the on-call, or create a Linear issue.
Lookout says it never trains on your messages: text is processed to check for matches, cleared after processing, and only the channels you select are watched. It is free during beta and built by Jev (TypeSafe).
