Frogtab is a lightweight task manager built around two text-based lists: Today for current priorities and Inbox for thoughts or tasks captured during the day. Its help guide describes a daily triage routine in which users move relevant tasks into Today, snooze them or remove them. At the beginning of a new day, remaining Today tasks return to the inbox and snoozed tasks become available for review again.
A Weekly Routine feature can add recurring tasks to the inbox on selected days, while an optional Achievements feature records completed work. The guide also documents keyboard shortcuts, export and restore tools, and automatic backups in supported browsers. Frogtab stores the core task data in the browser, making backups an important part of using it. A separately registered personal link can receive encrypted tasks from other devices. The product fits people who want a small daily planning surface rather than a team project-management system with many fields and statuses.
