Archivist fixes file chaos for image and video libraries: drop files from Downloads, Midjourney or your camera and it renames each one in your own naming convention - the demo turns IMG_8472.png into 2026-09-14-orange-chair-editorial-mj-v1.png.
Renamed files stay organized in collections that can be shared with a single link, aimed at client delivery and asset handoff. A Mac app is announced as coming soon with a notification signup.
Pricing as stated on the site: 50 free renames a month with no credit card, files stored in the EU, and a free trial that works without signup.
